  khi thủ tướng Nguyễn Tấn Dũng về nước, bộ chính trị đã họp để tổng kết thành
  quả chuyến công du. Mặc dù có một vài khác biệt nhất định lúc ban đầu trong
  cách đánh giá kết quả chuyến đi và các biện pháp cần có sau đó, thủ tướng
  Nguyễn Tấn Dũng đã giải đáp mọi câu hỏi đặt ra và bộ chính trị đã đạt tới
  nhất trí sau thảo luận.<br>
  <br>
  Tổng bí thư Nông Đức Mạnh cho rằng ông Dũng đã đi quá xa. Ông Mạnh nói rằng
  dù chúng ta luôn luôn tuyên bố muốn mở rộng quan hệ hợp tác với Mỹ về mọi mặt
  nhưng phải hiểu đó chỉ là một lập trường nguyên tắc; việc Mỹ tuyên bố tôn
  trọng và bảo vệ sự toàn vẹn lãnh thổ của Việt Nam là một can thiệp trắng trợn
  vào nội bộ nước ta và cũng là một khiêu khích thô bạo đối với nước anh em
  Trung Quốc. Ông Dũng đã trả lời rằng ông không thể ngăn cản Mỹ tuyên bố những
  gì họ muốn tuyên bố, vấn đề chỉ là phải phản ứng thế nào để cân bằng những
  lời tuyên bố đó, chứng tỏ Việt Nam cũng có quyền tuyên bố những gì mình muốn
  tuyên bố. Sau khi thảo luận sâu, bộ chính trị nhất trí rằng trong những ngày
  sắp tới Việt Nam sẽ ra tuyên bố tôn trọng và sẵn sàng bảo vệ sự vẹn toàn lãnh
  thổ của Mỹ.<br>
  <br>
  Đại tướng Phùng Quang Thanh bày tỏ quan điểm không tán thành việc gia tăng
  hợp tác quân sự với Mỹ. Ông đưa ra câu hỏi hợp tác quân sự với Mỹ có ích lợi
  gì? Mỹ hứa sẽ huấn luyên một số sĩ quan Việt Nam nhưng chúng ta không có
  những vũ khí và thiết bị mà họ sẽ dạy chúng ta sử dụng. Vả lại muốn giữ thể
  diện quốc gia thì cũng phải có qua có lại, vậy chúng ta sẽ huấn luyện quân
  đội Mỹ những kỹ thuật nào? Ông Dũng trả lời rằng hiện có rất nhiều nước, như
  Iran, Trung Quốc, Bắc Triều Tiên và Nga muốn biết về những vũ khí và thiết bị
  của quân đội Mỹ, sự kiện các sĩ quan Việt Nam được chuyển giao những hiểu
  biết này sẽ là một nguồn lợi lớn trong chính sách xuất khẩu lao động mà chúng
  ta đang cố gắng đẩy mạnh. Ngược lại chúng ta cũng có nhiều kỹ năng để dạy cho
  quân đội Mỹ, chúng ta có thể dạy quân đội Mỹ kinh doanh để có thể tự lập về
  mặt tài chính, thí dụ như mở khách sạn, vũ trường, lập công ty du lịch v.v.
  Ông Dũng nhấn mạnh quân đội Mỹ không biết kinh doanh và do đó hoàn toàn lệ
  thuộc chính phủ Mỹ. Bộ chính trị nhất trí với quan điểm của ông Dũng.<br>
  <br>
  Ông Nguyễn Phú Trọng cho rằng hợp tác về giáo dục với Mỹ là rất nguy hiểm,
  thanh niên Việt Nam sẽ nhiễm văn hóa đồi trụy của Mỹ và dễ bỏ mất truyền
  thống giáo dục tốt đẹp của nước ta, lơ là với chủ nghĩa Mác-Lênin và tư tưởng
  Hồ Chí Minh. Ông Dũng trả lời bất cứ hợp tác nào cũng đặt ra những vấn đề
  nhưng nếu chúng ta biết cảnh giác thì vẫn có thể khắc phục những mặt tiêu cực
  và triển khai những mặt tích cực. Sau khi thảo luận bộ chính trị nhất trí sẽ
  tăng cường công tác quản lý văn hóa phẩm và chỉ gửi đi du học tại Mỹ những
  thành phần chọn lọc, trước hết là con cháu các cấp lãnh đạo đảng.<br>
  <br>
  Vấn đề gây tranh cãi nhất là việc bản tuyên bố chung sau cuộc gặp gỡ Bush -
  Nguyễn Tấn Dũng nói rằng Hoa Kỳ sẽ nhập khẩu trái thanh long của Việt Nam.
  Tổng bí thư Nông Đức Mạnh nói rằng những thỏa thuận về thương mại của chuyến
  thăm viếng vừa qua đều chỉ là nguyên tắc, chưa có gì cụ thể, trừ quả thanh long.
  Theo ông Mạnh cả một phái đoàn hùng hậu và tốn kém, do chính thủ tướng cầm
  đầu, mà chỉ bán được một quả thanh long thì thật không bỏ công. Chủ tịch
  Nguyễn Minh Triết đồng ý với tổng bí thư Mạnh và lưu ý là trong đại hội đảng
  giữa nhiệm kỳ cuối năm nay cần thận trọng để đưa những người có khả năng hơn
  vào công tác quản lý nhà nước. Ông Triết nói rằng Việt Nam có rất nhiều đặc
  sản để xuất khẩu chứ không phải chỉ có trái thanh long, ông yêu cầu ông Dũng
  cho biết ý kiến về tin đồn theo đó thân nhân ông Dũng có một nông trại lớn
  sản xuất trái thanh long.<br>
  <br>
  Phó thủ tướng trực Nguyễn Sinh Hùng, người am tường những vấn đề kinh tế tài
  chính nhất trong bộ chính trị, cho biết rằng quả thanh long trị giá kinh tế
  rất thấp, tiền chuyên chở sang Mỹ cao gấp nhiều lần giá sản xuất. Ông Dũng
  nhận khuyết điểm nhưng nói rằng thực ra ông đã liệt kê với tổng thống Bush
  nhiều đặc sản nhưng do sơ sót của người thông ngôn mà cuối cùng chỉ còn trái
  thanh long. Dù sao, ông Dũng nhấn mạnh, đây vẫn là một thắng lợi. Giải thích
  này chưa hoàn toàn thỏa mãn đa số ủy viên bộ chính trị. Sau thảo luận sôi nổi
  bộ chính trị chỉ thị ông Dũng dùng đường dây nóng vừa thiết lập với tổng
  thống Bush để yêu cầu Mỹ ngoài trái thanh long nhập khẩu thêm trái cóc, trái
  tầm ruộc và hột vit lộn. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
