  ngày 23/02/2010, Thủ tướng Nguyễn Tấn Dũng ngẫu hứng ra lệnh cho các nhà báo
  quốc doanh rằng: “<i>Báo chí hãy chắt lọc, lắng nghe và phản ánh những ý kiến
  sáng láng, xác đáng, những ý kiến phù hợp của nhân dân đóng góp cho Đảng.
  Đừng bỏ sót bất kỳ ý kiến xây dựng nào của người dân... Rất mong báo chí đấu
  tranh một cách có hiệu quả, phản bác các luận điệu chống phá của các thế lực
  thù địch với đất nước, với Đảng hoặc những thông tin sai trái về chủ quyền
  lãnh thổ</i>”.<br>

  Nghe lời tuyên bố của TT Dũng người dân chưng hửng.<br>
  <br>
  Chưng hửng vì những người có “<i>ý kiến sáng láng, xác đáng, phù hợp của nhân
  dân đóng góp cho Đảng</i>” mới đây đều bị Đảng tống vào ngục. Nếu Thủ tướng
  muốn cho người dân tin vào lời nói của mình thì hãy xin lỗi rồi trả tự do cho
  tất cả những người đang ngồi tù vì đóng góp “ý kiến xây dựng” một chế độ Tự
  Do, Dân Chủ, “phù hợp” với nguyện vọng của toàn bộ nhân dân. Còn nếu Thủ
  tướng cho rằng Tự Do-Dân Chủ không phải là ý kiến sáng láng, xác đáng thì có
  khác nào TT coi dân Việt Nam không khác gì bầy nô lệ của Đảng. <br>

  Nếu Thủ tướng cho rằng đòi Tự Do-Dân Chủ là chống phá nhà nước thì mặc nhiên
  Thủ tướng công nhận trước thế giới rằng nhà nước XHCNVN là độc tài toàn trị.
  Nếu báo chí của Đảng tuân lệnh Thủ tướng “không được bỏ sót bất kỳ ý kiến xây
  dựng nào của người dân” thì hãy đóng cửa hết báo chí Đảng như đóng cửa các
  “blog tự do” thôi. Vì ý kiến xây dựng nào của người dân mà chẳng chống lại
  độc tài toàn trị?<br>

  Thủ tướng kêu gọi báo chí “<i>cần thông tin sắc bén, nhanh nhạy hơn nữa về
  bảo vệ toàn vẹn lãnh thổ và chù quyền dân tộc</i>” . Nghe mát cả lòng. Nhưng
  cách đây mấy ngày các bậc lãnh đạo CS bậc cha chú của Thủ tướng như Đồng Sĩ
  Nguyên, Nguyễn Trọng Vĩnh báo động về nguy cơ mất nước do Đảng đem rừng của
  ta cho bọn Tàu thuê thì chẳng thấy có tờ báo nào của Đảng dám đăng đã đành.
  Bây giờ có lệnh của Thủ tướng rồi đấy (rằng phải sắc bén, nhanh nhạy về bảo
  vệ toàn vẹn lãnh thổ và chủ quyền dân tộc), sao báo Đảng không phổ biến lời
  cảnh báo yêu nước của hai vị tướng này nhỉ? Hay những lời cảnh báo của hai vị
  tướng này cũng là những “thông tin sai trái về chủ quyền lãnh thổ”? Một số bí
  thư tỉnh uỷ đã xác nhận với đài BBC rằng ta có cho Tàu thuê rừng trong thời
  hạn 50 năm, nghĩa là việc Đảng đem rừng của ta cầm cố cho Tàu là có thực. Này
  các nhà báo trong nước, bây giờ Thủ tướng thổi còi yêu nước rồi đấy, sao
  không có anh nhà báo nào tuân lệnh Thủ tướng vậy?<br>
  <br>
  Trước đây Tổng Biên Tập báo <i>Du Lịch</i>, Nguyễn Trung Dân bị rút thẻ nhà
  báo vì yêu nước khi chưa có còi lệnh của Thủ tướng đã đành. Nay Thủ tướng cho
  phép yêu nước rồi sao không có anh nhà báo (quốc doanh) nào dám yêu nước cà?
  Hay lại ăn phải “bả Trung Quốc” rồi?<br>

  Chẳng lẽ Thủ tướng lại “mượn vỏ lựu, máu mào gà” để tô vẽ cho lòng ái quốc
  như chữ trinh nàng Kiều của mình? <br>
  <br>
  Kể ra so sánh như vậy thì cũng tội nghiệp cho nàng Kiều! Nếu Thủ tướng thật
  sự ưu tư về toàn vẹn lãnh thổ và chủ quyền dân tộc thì hãy: ngưng ngay việc
  khai thác bô-xít; huỷ bỏ ngay các hợp đồng cho Tàu thuê rừng đầu nguồn của ta
  để phá nát môi sinh và nạo vét hết tài nguyên của ta; đuổi hết bọn Tàu vào
  nước ta tranh cướp việc làm của dân ta để sinh con đẻ cái ở đất nước ta,
  nghĩa là trồng người trên đất ta; cương quyết không cho Bắc Kinh chiếm Hoàng
  Sa-Trường Sa của ta; dũng cảm ngửng đầu chống lại giặc Tàu vào biển ta cướp
  phá, ức hiếp ngư dân Việt Nam.<br>

  Nhưng khổ một nỗi nếu Thủ tướng Nguyễn Tấn Dũng làm được như vậy thì ông phải
  rời bỏ đảng Cộng Sản của ông và đứng vào hàng ngũ nhân dân yêu nước, yêu Độc
  Lập, yêu Tự Do, Dân Chủ.<br>

  Tôi xin mượn một tục ngữ Yugoslav để kết luận bài viết này: “<i>Một người
  không thể coi là lượng thiện nếu nó bị phỏng lưỡi mà không nói cho mọi người
